True strength does not have to tell you it is strong.
True authority does not have to tell you it has authority.
True leadership does not have to tell you it has the "keys".
When leadership seeks to serve, the membership will follow because of pure love.
When an individual seeks the will of God, authority follows because the individual is empowered to go and do as the Lord hath commanded.
When a person acknowledges their weaknesses and failings then strength is received from the Lord who lifts up the humble.
